Girls In Real Life Situations (G.I.R.L.S.), is a program specifically tailored to enhance the social and emotional development of girls. In small groups, the session themes will cover a broad range of topics such as self-esteem, communication, stress, bullying, friendships and relationships. Girls are taught effective problem-solving, social skills, empathy skills, assertiveness training, physical and emotional management skills, and coping strategies for use in everyday situations.
